When you use the App, the following information is stored locally on your device only:

• Device Name – Chosen by you during setup.
• Device Identifier (GUID) – Automatically generated to identify your device within your local network.

This information is never transmitted to Oblivionx or any third party.

2. File and Screen Sharing

All file and screen sharing is performed peer-to-peer within your local network. Data is never transmitted outside your local network or through any external servers.

3. No Third-Party Services

Oblivionx does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, cloud storage, or any other third-party services that collect user data.

4. User Accounts

You are not required to create an account or log in to use Oblivionx. Your device name and identifier remain stored locally and can be changed or removed by uninstalling the App.

5. Data Security

Since Oblivionx operates entirely within your local network and does not transmit your data externally, the primary security of your information depends on the security of your network and devices.

6. Children’s Privacy

Oblivionx is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Global Availability

Oblivionx is available worldwide. By using the App, you understand that it is designed to comply with general privacy principles but is not tailored to the laws of any single jurisdiction.
